We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. ORDERING PROCESS:

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. PRODUCTS
The provision of goods and services by Plug & Play is subject to availability. We strive to provide accurate product information, but we do not guarantee the availability of any product listed on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. In cases of unavailability, Plug & Play will refund the client in full within 7 days. Due to the nature of our business all sales are final and cannot be returned nor refunded for any reason other than unavailability. Without prejudice to any applicable legal guarantee on the purchased products,
Ravenna Trading (Pty) Ltd trading as Plug & Play will accept the exchange of products strictly within 3 days from the date of purchase.
Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, in its original undamaged packaging, with original tags attached and be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Any item that shows signs of wear or damage, is not in the original undamaged packaging or without the tags attached will not be accepted for exchange.
We thoroughly inspect all items before they are made available to purchase. In the unlikely event of shop soiling (made dirty or damaged through customer handling), the onus is on the customer to identify such upon purchase. Items that are soiled or damaged at a later stage will not be accepted for exchange/return.
No exchange will be accepted on any underwear (e.g. socks, briefs), on sale or clearance items, and cleaning products.
In the event that there are no replacement products to exchange with, the purchase price of the exchanged item will be credited to the customer by means of store credit for future use; the same applies to any balance remaining after exchange.
All sales are final.
5. SHIPPING:
We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within the specified timeframe. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Additional charges such as customs duties or taxes may apply, and you are responsible for these fees.
6. ORDER CANCELLATION:
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Plug & Play shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 7.PAYMENT METHODS:
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Ravenna Trading bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. Payment: We accept payment through authorised payment providers. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. In the event of non-payment or suspicion of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel your order and take appropriate legal action.
8.CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY:
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Ravenna Trading bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. Payment: We accept payment through authorised payment providers. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. 8.CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY:
Card transactions will be acquired for Plug & Play via Paystack (Pty) Ltd or Payflex (Pty) Ltd. They have been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and we're PCI DSS 3.2 compliant as a Level 1 Service Provider (loosely referred to as PCI Level 1 compliance).No Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to https://paystack.com/za/ or https://payflex.com/za/ to view their security certificate and security policy.
9.MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY:
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10. RESPONSIBILITY:
Plug & Play takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. COUNTRY OF DOMICILE:
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and (Plug & Play chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
12. VARIATION:
Plug & Play may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
13. OWNERSHIP:
All content provided on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the intellectual property of Plug and Play
or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material without our prior written consent.
14. TRADEMARKS:
Plug & Play name and logo, as well as other related trademarks, are registered trademarks owned by Plug & Play. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
15. DISCLAIMER:
Plug & Play shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
