Yes you can, you're in for a personalised and creative sneaker design experience with our top-notch designers. To initiate a customisation request, please reach out to us via email at info@theplugandplay.co.za
When sending the email, be sure to include a picture of the shoe you'd like to customise and provide details about the design you have in mind, including its placement.Our team will get back to you with a quotation based on your request. From there, you'll be asked to drop off your sneakers at one of our stores nearest to you, where our team will guide you through the process.
Please note that a 50% deposit is required when you drop off your shoes, with the remaining balance to be settled upon receiving your newly designed sneakers. -

Absolutely, you can sell your sneakers to us. It's important to note that we exclusively consider shoes that are both brand new, of high-quality and shoes that align with our brand.

On the email please tell us the description of your product including product name, colour, size, realise date if you know it and a couple of images of the shoe.
From there you will receive communication from us advising you further or you can drop by one of our store branches. -
If you're looking for a product that we do not keep in our store, we can exclusively source the product just for you.
Simply contact us via email at info@theplugandplay.co.za with a clear picture of the desired product, along with any specific details or preferences you may have. We will get back to you and discuss your request and provide you with a quotation based on the product and your requirements.

Shipping & Delivery

You can expect delivery to arrive within 1-3 business days. We partner with reliable couriers to make sure your items reach you safely.

For orders over R7000 we offer free shipping and for orders below R7000, a standard shipping rate of R99.00 applies.

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders that are above R7000. Check your cart to see if you qualify for it before you checkout.

Regrettably, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Our delivery services are limited to cities within South Africa.
Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our business, we only allow refunds in a form of store credit.
This means that the value of your return will be credited to your account with us, providing you with the flexibility to shop for whatever you want from us.

A refund request can be submitted within a 5 days after your has been delivered.

Due to the nature of our business all consignment sales are final and cannot be returned nor refunded.
We have a 5-days exchange policy in cases where the product arrives damaged or the size is too small or too big for you.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs to send your order back to us.
However, if your return meets our criteria, which includes being in unused, resellable condition, in the original packaging, and with all tags intact, we will happily cover the shipping expenses for sending your exchange back to you at no additional cost.
Also note that we will also pay for the return shipment to you, even if your return does not meet the above-mentioned criteria.
