Returns and Exchanges FAQs
Due to the nature of our business, we have a no returns or refunds policy, unless the product is damaged by the store, the product is incorrect or it's an incorrect size.
How do I return?
- Visit our exchange center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return for an exchange
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Within 5 days from the date of delivery
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if you returning in one of our stores
The item I received is damaged!
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please log an exchange within 5 days of the delivered dated, you can log for a return in our exchange center.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants like size and colour. Once the exchange request is approved, you will receive notifications from us and the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Due to nature of our business, we only allow refunds in a form of store credit. This means that the value of your return will be credited to your account with us, providing you with the flexibility to shop for whatever you want from us.
How do I ship back the items?
You are required to ship using your own carrier. For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
